Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

Client must provide a minimum 48 hour advance notice based on 8am of appointment day. Failing to do so will result in a hefty surcharge collectable at time of occurrence and/or termination of service. Please reference the FAQ's for full Terms of Service.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If an area Lulu's Home Cleaning Servcie has been contracted to clean, but has not been cleaned to the clients satisfaction, the client is expected to contact us within 48 hours of job completion.

Lulu's Home Cleaning Service will then promptly and gladly return to address the affected area of concern. Free of charge.

If Lulu's Home Cleaning Service is not notified of a concern, we are unable to address the concern.
